UofSC Men’s Basketball vs. Mississippi State
As a media photographer for the February 21st University of South Carolina men’s basketball game against Mississippi State, I documented a high-energy matchup that ended in a 97–89 victory for South Carolina. The goal was to capture the intensity of live collegiate athletics, highlighting key plays, athlete performance, and the emotional momentum shifts throughout the game.
Using a Canon EOS R6 paired with a 70–200mm Canon lens, I focused on isolating decisive moments on the court while also preserving the atmosphere of the arena. From fast-break drives and defensive stops to sideline reactions and celebratory exchanges, the images aim to reflect both the competitive spirit of the game and the pride surrounding a strong conference win.
